Engraver. The Dalziel Brothers were a leading firm of Victorian engravers. Founded in 1839 by George Dalziel (1815-1902) and his brother Edward, the two most important members of the firm. Later joined by John Dalziel and Thomas Dalziel (1823-1906). The name of this firm is typically included as Dalziel sc on each wood engraved print.
