Detailed descriptions below this on-the-spot drawing identify the figures as follows, left to right: Charles Eliot Norton (Director of the Fogg Museum of Art ), William Michael Rossetti, Georgiana Burne-Jones (talking to WR)/ Edward Burne-Jones and Mrs Jane Morris and Philip Webb. It is thought to be a dinner party at the Burne-Joneses' house after the move to The Grange in Fulham.
