Width: 390 mm Height: 340 mm InformationA single photogravure, from a leather bound portfolio of 91 photogravures of original paintings. The folio is signed by Edward Burne-Jones' son, Philip. It is one of an edition 200. The original oil painting of 1866, is the only one of two similar full length paintings of the same subject to have the princess present, and is currently in the collection of the Gallery of New South Wales. This image is the sixth of seven which comprise the St George Series. A gouache version, omitting the Princess, is owned by William Morris Museum, Walthamstow.
