Information

Mary Bennett has suggested this appears to be a copy by Hunt after the portrait of Edward VI in the Royal Collection. It relates to the fancy dress worn by Holman Hunt's nephew, Teddy Wilson, in 'The King of Hearts' (Bronkhurst Cat.98) in a private collection.
