Information

This is a study for 'Jacob hears the Voice of the Lord' an illustration designed by Sandys around 1865, and published in the 'Dalziel's Bible Gallery' in 1881. It is a figure study for Jacob, the protagonist, and shows him in the pose of the finalised design.
