We are very pleased to announce that the Pre-Raphaelite website has been shortlisted for a BIMA Award in the category of Arts and Culture.

The British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) was established in 1985 as the trade association representing the diverse interests of the UK interactive industry. This year is the 25th anniversary of the Awards that champion the highest standards of creativity and innovation. To win a BIMA is a very high accolade.

In the Arts and Culture category the judges will be looking for outstanding examples of interactivity in projects that specifically aim to cover, enhance or represent artistic or cultural endeavours which extend the reach of arts and culture to the wider audience.

The Pre-Raphaelite website is up against some very stiff opposition. To find out who else has been shortlisted view the BIMA Awards shortlist.

The website was launched in July 2009 and has been very well received. It was named best in the Arts and Culture class of the Interactive Media Awards in September 09 and has been shortlisted for two Drum Awards for the Digital Industries (DADI).

The BIMA awards and DADI awards both take place in November 2009 so it will be a very exciting month. We will let you know what happens!
